A pair of Vans I had got wrecked at the toe. I could’ve stitched them up, but the sole was still in great shape, so I decided to create a new shoe using the repurposed sole. Building something fresh from an existing shoe wasn't easy—using a Vans sole meant keeping similar processes and materials. It was still going to look like a Vans shoe, but I took it as a challenge. The result? An upcycled Vans model with handmade molded rubber toe and heel caps, blending the classic look with my own twist.
